Go Hawks, but their schedule is harder this year, their pass rush is weak, their run defense was 30th last season, but most of all it was their offensive line that was the Seahawks' undoing in the playoff loss.

I think the Seattle defense is highly underrated. Yes, the secondary is probably the best in the league. Wagner is one of the best at mlb. Our olbs are very underrated, we have spent 2 second round picks in 2?years, and then Nwosu is also very good. There are questions about NT, but that is because Carroll doesn’t believe in NT. Instead he spent 51 million for Dremont jones, a 6’3 281 de in their prime. There in is the 17 million dollar question. If Dremont plays like we expect him too, this is a top 5 defense. The team is young, and it has been rebuilt top to bottom to be exactly what Carroll wants

10-7 for a seahawks team that is going to be playing in a healthy Division would be a dream come true but Rams have Pet Carroll 's # And Card will still be at the bottom but at least their QB is healthy they may have a chance at being annoying. The Seahawks are a young up and coming team with 9 million in cap space to spend. They have nice depth and may be able to pull off a couple of trades during the season. With players like Eskeridge, DJ Dallas, Fant, Dissley, Adams, Diggs, Brooks, Taylor and Haynes ALL still being viable options as good players, they can be used as trade pieces to help fill the needs of this roster fully out. ILB, interior DL & OG are some key positions that need depth and or starting players. After the season begins and injuries start to take their toll, theses players may be moved on from.
