  1. People who complain about the difficulty don't understand the concept of the game. Diying and overcoming the challenge is the goal. The funny thing is the people can cry as long as they want. FromSoftware Games will not change. And all there crying is marketing, so please go on …

  2. LFG. Let Miyazaki and his team freely create the games they want. Its a formula that fans have come to love and respect FromSoft for, for over a decade.

  3. The Elden ring gameplay and world are great, but there is no compelling reason to keep playing. The story is non existent, you just grind and level up, it's beautiful but boring.

  4. This game is a step back from sekiro. That game was mechanically sound, had tight controls, and bosses were designed to be difficult but had clear methods to beat them when you developed your skills. This feels the combat is less refined and everything is stat based rather than skill based; It feels difficult sometimes for the wrong reasons.

Also some segments of the game reintroduce blightown levels of frustrating gameplay mechanics that really drag down a otherwise decent open world game.

  5. rofl felt bad for people watching the elden ring review of IGN, reviewed by a "soulslike vet" rofl more like reviewed by a gaming outlet journo with the cheap form opinion called as comparisons starting with "BOTW-like" rofl the only time IGN had the sub=views were on trailers and hype most anticipated game that the gamign illiterate would watch cause they had no outer alternative for reviewers cons of just new to the gaming community

  6. He has his hardcore group of fans but tbh, this type of punishing game will never get mainstream appeal or sales. Life it too short to play such a punishing and frustrating type of game like this
