In 2008, Tim McLean was traveling home on a Greyhound bus after work in Canada. Witnesses say McLean was asleep with his headphones on when a man sitting next to him took out a knife and began stabbing him. The suspect, Vince Weiguang Li, chased witnesses off the bus when they tried to intervene and save McLean. While locked in the bus with McLean, Li beheaded the victim and began cannibalizing his flesh. Was Li charged and sentenced to death?
