  4. I knew you would enjoy RM's first mixtape, at least what you have heard so far. I grew up with the beginning of rap/hip hop when they did a lot of braggadocios talking. I love that! Don't get me wrong, I like the conscious rap as well but his first mixtape just hits hard! And I love how RM has evolved over time as well. Looking forward to the rest of your reactions to his mixtape.💜😁

  5. Yesss. This is the version of RM we know before his recent album, he was raw. I think all the hate and bs that he and BTS had over the years did actually affect him personally. He had a sad song where he repeatedly said he wish he could love himself, but army reminded him they loved him.

  14. It is one of my favorites from his old mixtape, the vibe is great ahh and you want to sing with him …
    This mixtape had this hungry lyrics and it is great to go back to this… And you can see this anger about what's going around him in this songs… Ah

    And this is true that now he is more mature with his rap and lyrics but you still feel him and from were he come, and bc we have this older music we see growth, we see he wasen't always this mature Namjoon but he was also Rap monster. Hehe

    I really can't wait for you to go into BTS discography.
    Will you go from first one from 2013 to new, do you have plan? I would love if it would be from oldest to newer stuff but do what you feel is good for you.

    (There are also predebuite songs like remix of Swimming pool RM and Suga did before debute song is called "School if tear". I don't think you reacted to it but maybe I don't remember…. 😉 I think there are 4 songs before first official EP)

Well… I love this RM and the Indigo RM, each at its time, I would not appreciate a song like Monster today, it's great because it was done at that time, when he wasn't the global star RM and he had the confidence he will be:) and of course the age factor, sure you can have this attitude.. Not attitude, better said expression at 20. The attitude you can have it at any age, the way you express it has to change, to grow.

  28. At 3:05 when you mentioned how petty that line is, all I could think about is when RM said his younger sister had done something to annoy him/make him mad, so he hid all of the umbrellas when it rained so she had to walk in the rain

  31. Yeah I know what you mean. I love RM but Rap Monster still holds a special place in my music loving heart. He had time to grow and forgive and forget but it's still fresh for me so I'm bitter enough to enjoy hearing him drag mfs for filth. Probably why, as much as I love Yoongi's healing and I'm happy for him being in a better place, I'll miss getting new Agust D songs when that persona is set aside. Rapmon throwing in a lil "bitch" or "mufucker" for some razzle dazzle really adds some spice to the song.
