I can confirm this! WW and everfall is my fav settlement area because they are close to a mountainside filled with boulders. I am playing on a streamer server so it's very populated so I was able to find 1-2 every hour and they sell for around 900gp. The stone itself sells for .20gp and I'm able to gather 2.6k stones every trip. It's very important that you wear full reinforced mining luck gear and eat roasted potatoes that increases your luck for 20 mins which is plenty of time to filled up your inventory. Farming boulders for more than an hour starts to feel real tedious so I mix it up with dungeons/corruption trains in btw.
Does the boulder size matter at all?
Remember to do it in a region controlled by your faction if possible to get more luck
4-5k per sliver is ridiculous, they're 750 each on mine. how much do bags with extra pockets sell for on your server? why would someone even buy it for that much
