I wish we'd gotten more of Benedikta…. Though tbh I feel the same way about a good number of characters. Hell, the game does a damn good job at making me interested in X or Y character and then leaving me wanting for more.

Yeah, I'm really not one to call out stuff like this, but Benedikta's character in this game comes across as just a bit… problematic. I wanna like her, but she really just seems to be there to get passed around by half the male cast and die early on to motivate a man she had one scene with. It's a bit weird.

Woolie has been labbing in the stopped time for an entire year.
Woolie's obssesed with jumping, it almost ruined his Sekiro LP, not that it was unwatchable, rather he ruined it for himself, he insisted on jumping over standing his ground and parry and never got into the flow of the game.
At least here all he does is jump on downed enemies and then he gives up and does combo.

Woolie, I think what you're running into is the action game equivalent of getting caught pressing buttons. Your magic burst WILL NOT activate if you're spamming either button. You have to be deliberate. Watching your inputs at the buttom right, it seems like you're trying to just really quickly alternate instead of using your animations as a timing cue.
You'll get it though, man. And once you do it becomes second nature. I sometimes have to stop myself from bursting in between every hit when it wouldn't be the best choice.

Wow, definitely switching to watching Woolie's playthrough of this one. It's way more fun to watch somebody play this well. The other playthroughs I checked out were getting by with, like, a third of the skill Woolie's bringing.

The conversation in the church between cid and benedikta hits different after you beat the game and youre on your second playthrough. Context makes a huge difference. Cid probably knew from the first barnabas's plan with ultima. He probably was being seduced by ultima just like the other dominants were. Id really like to see a dlc where you play as Cid turning on waloed. Id also like to see a josh dlc to see what he was up to for 18 years.
