I worked for a manufacturer representative agency and we had a sales show in DC back in 1980 . I had a cab driver tell me don't ever go out at night unless your taking a cab . We drove to my destination close to the capital at night and I observed groups of males hanging out on almost every corner ! So, nothings changed ,murder as usual and everybody looks the other way . "Oh, my boy wouldn't do nothing like that " . 45 frigging years ago .
