Good evening, mr khatcherian. The split shoulders + arms which exercises do you recommend. Thank you.
This works for you. But keep in mind…as long as you’re eating right and training to you’re full potential and resting….it doesn’t matter what your split is.
Big fan of antagonistic split.
Pls anyone suggest me can i followe 2day workout next day rest??? Is it good or not?
Push
Pull
Leg
Rest
Chest and Back
Shoulder and Arms
Best split 🔥
I still don't know how to pronounce his surname 😅😅
Originally started with the antagonistic split but recently found that the torso/limbs split hits the sweet spot just right for me
Antagonistic split is the best!
Chest/Back
Shoulder/Arms
Legs (+Traps)
Currently doing push pull legs rest upper lower rest but i do my lateral raises on leg day because push days and upper days are already way too heavy.
0:10
Zits
That last one is my go too! Great info!!
In all this plans your arms will never grow biig yiu need to train arms and shoulders on one day alone dudeeeee when after chest or back you will never have zhe same strenght as on a day alone keep on mind when you wqnt to grow big arma
PPL works best for me
Upper lower>
Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms, Swim, Cardio
I modified my ppl split to push, pull, hamstring/glutes, quad/calves
I love how you didn't include traps in there.
Wow… I guess Trenbelone Acetate back acne is a real thing
Bro forgot to add the core part
Day1:legs, day2:chest/tri, d3:shoulders, d4: back/biceps repeat with ur added 3x cardio
Push pull legs with one rest day has been good for me so far
what about left/right,
I do
1) chest
2) back
3)arms
4)shoulders
5) legs
Wow
But no legs
Jeez I do all that on a Saturday 😏
I kinda do the antagonistic split but I have Shoulders and back on Mon/Thursday And Legs and Biceps on Tuesday/Friday and Chest and Triceps on Wednesday/Saturday that way each muscle has plenty of time to rest
why is there no core workout?
Torso/Limb split is just retarded. Id have like a 4 hour workout to get chest and back done then only like 45 mins to do arms the next day lol
Bench/squat/deadlift
🌊? 😂 V?
I’m going to try pull push rest legs upper
push, pull, legs For The win but might actually try that first one a couple of montsh to see what that do
3 Day split
Biceps and shoulder
Chest and triceps
LEG and Back
What I do goes as follows:
Day 1 Back & Arms
Day 2 Legs
Day 3 Chest & Arms
Day 4 Legs
Day 5 Arms & Shoulders
Day 6 Legs
Day 7 Rest
Note that my leg days typically have 5 exercises, the main lift switching between Squat deadlifts and walking lunges, I have three of them that way I get to spend less time per workout, I have less Nervous system fatigue and can recover fairly quickly.
Also my only proper arm day is Arms & Shoulders, because I only do BW dips and DB curls for the other days (Chest Arms – Back Arms) that way I have good volume and recovery on my arms.
you think the shoulders are a small muscle? It is the largest muscle in the upper body
I always did chest biceps then day ff then back triceps then day off then legs,i have shoulder issues so i dont train them directly for now, recentlly i did the PPL split and i came to a conclusion.
chest biceps side delts/back triceps /legs abs will give you the golden era look with huge shoulders and arms.
PPL tends to more effective for building chest and back and not so good for arms,I am not sure if its just to much for the biceps and triceps after the back and chest and therefore it turns in to overtraining plus the lack of strength after doing the large muscle or if its the fact that doing chest biceps/back triceps trains the arms once directly and once indirectly but you can see it in bodybuilders on stage the PPL dudes have bigger waists and stuff and rather mediocre arms and shoulders
