As I understand it the ruling does not prevent government agencies from posting what they believe to be correct information on any given subject just as any private speaker could. It does not curtail the use of so called "public service announcements." Instead it simply forbids agencies from secretly.censoring private speech by pressuring and threatening social media platforms behind the scenes. It is the very purpose of the First Amendment to limit the power of government to censor free speech in this manner. The preliminary injunction /.ruling should be affirmed.
I just hope they enforce this.
