  1. This is sooo CUTE (sarcastic voice)
I'm done with rgb, specifically Corsair. From 3pin to 4pin to hubs to 12v to 5v to proprietary.. its a mess. No single mfg (in relation to RGB/ARGB) produces a solution that encompases a builders perspective.
How will icue link support case lighting or strips? Or any other varation of lighting?
    Ecosystems limit creativity.

  2. i love the idea, but heres want i want to see, and a cool video idea, make a corsair build, a lian li build, and another brand idk coolermaster, and stress them and put the temps up. i want to see how good that AIO is, how well the air gets moved. ill buy it if it can keep up. because we all know temps limit systems. PLEASE and thank you

  3. I understand you have a close relationship with corsair but I am disappointed that you are supporting a 50 dollar fan. That's an absurd price man, c'mon.

  4. I'm unsure if it's the video or not, but I didn't notice any change on the color effects. Does the white fans get the color effects or they work better with clear fans? or reactive ones?

  5. I really like Corsair and I wouldn't want to switch to another brand because of the amount of hours learning ICUE. That being said, I love the direction and almost sold but the price is a reach for something that is vendor locked. Marketing wise, great move by Corsair, seemless design is the way moving forward RGB or not, because it gives everyone that Instagram build quality look, enthusiasts or average joe.

  6. The older I get the more appealing $25 noctua fans look. This is a cool system and I’m glad they finally fixed it. My current system has 2 commander pros for all the devices and it’s terrible. But $50 a fan and $250 for the aio is too much money for me personally

  7. I love the idea but of course not the price. Even with all of the custom parts and R&D for this system a $50 fan is kind of crazy though their other icue products are not that much less. Also looking into it each fan does have its own temp sensor as well so the probe would most likely be for your GPU or just un-used unless you only get the AIO and need a case temp probe.
Though I am not a huge fan of the whole RGB thing. Fans with lights sure but I tend to lock it to one color for the look I am going for and then never change it. However, more software is supporting some kind of RGB integration so that would be something I would be interested in.

  8. i am MOST DEFFINITLY ripping out all of my old corsair fans and AIO and replacing it with all the new Link system! I was hopping Corsair would come up with their own version of this system and they finally did! To be honest I'm happy with the price, I paid about $200 for my 360 H150 I Elite so I feel the cost is worth the upgrade with what your getting! I was excepting it new 360 link AIO to be like $300

  9. Great looking fan. Nice effects… But… I got these in on Thursday! Ordered on Newegg. Delivered June 29th. I was looking forward to using them. Short story I can't. They do not include the 90-degree connector. At this price it should be included. It will cost you more. Right now you CAN'T even pay more to even get them at this time. Don't get this for custom cooling. You'll pay more for 90's. Thats even if you can get them. SO DISSAPOINTING!!!

  10. Hahahahahaha wouldve been able to swallow a whole kit for 300, maybe 350 but 500 is a joke. Its essentially the same with a new connector and new hub. Corsair and nvidia are obviously smoking the same stuff

  11. As someone who already use Corsair fans I'll definitely be looking at picking these up, but I'll probably wait until I'm making a new build. by that point hopefully they'll have dropped in price.

  12. Ok so they have pumps as well. i need more details on the pump though to see if i can mount i on my current block. Also doesn't corsair make PSU's as well? they should integrate this into a line of their PSU's and only need the USB connection then have 2 of those iCUE links coming out of it. Can eliminate one of those 6 pins that way.

  13. Guess how many RGB fans my new system has…
    .
    .
    .
    .
    none…
I only have one rgb strip in the case behind the glass and one more strip in the front panel, it's the BeQuite 500 something case which is more than enough of the RGB puke to my opinion, I have the case synced with my background on the desktop which is pretty cool, it's subtle RGB which is how it supposed to be for me personally.

  14. Each Output on the Hub only supports 7 Items.
Oh, I'm sold alright but my current system has 10 LL120's and a 150I LCD AIO…. So I would need three 3 Fan Kits and a Single! That would be £450.00 just for the Fans! And I'm afraid That, I just cannot afford! Sorry Corsair….

  15. This is neat, but for $50 a pop, $160 for the kit, you could upgrade to the next tier GPU or CPU. I appreciate how seamless iCUE has become over the years, but man that's a lot of money for tidier cable managment.

  16. My question is will you need more room now for the radiator (I currently have a Corsair 420mm Rad mounted at the front of my case) ie my current fitment is tight so would the new Corsair Link one fit as it seems to protrude further at the top???

  17. If I had money to burn, I would definitely invest in this. I love how clean it all is over everything else. Though the ease with which you can manage everything is a nice addition. And integrated temp detection? Yes please! Adding this to my "if I ever win the lottery" list of stuff I want, lol.
