I didn't want to use guides, but fuck it I couldn't figure out how to summon. I must be stupid.
1. Totally not frustrating that she's not appearing for many players, including me, even though she's an important character in the story and has a key item.
2. How tf was I supposed to know that she'll spawn at the church when getting the ability to level up? I just continued with my journey when I unlocked it. I would have NEVER gone back to the church if my brother didn't tell me about it. Great design!
Sorry for the negativity, I'm just really pissed and frustrated.
Despite these things and the badly designed multiplayer, the game is a lot of fun.

This game is as crappy as it could be, nor the port to PC is crap but the tutorials are as misleading as they could be, god this makes me wanna go back to DS3… I can not summon ashes and I have the bell

In case you miss her, you can also just buy a spirit bell from the vendor in Roundtable Hold, I've been using spirits, and I've never met this lady.
I've going to hold and back to the mainland and could not for the life of me figure out why I couldn't summon. I couldn't get the witch to spawn but you can the bell and lone wolf spirit from the hold, but I was so confused. You're the only video I've seen that mentions the little symbol lol
