How can this be a secret boss – if the player is shoved this wall of fog right in the face right at the start of the game ?
How dumb a player have to be to not noticed it? Statue directly saying what item required. Item directly saying what it used for. Lots of merchants selling them everywhere!
Way down is obvious and easy – just hide in niches when the chariot passes.

Just so you know there’s another one of the swords gone statue thing in the arnica swapam which you can get to fro mute start of king rave if you go to the dragon burnt ruins and Poe the CB es then once it teleports you you leave the cave amd it’s along the wall which I’m trying to find but everything I search doesn’t mention the one I found plus the one I found requires 2 and you can buy some of the swordstone from one of the merchants in the table place

How do you get the item on the ledge at the end of the first chariot ramp?
This boss was actually easy for me as It got stuck at the back of the room and couldn’t attack or move otherwise this would have been quite difficult.
There’s also a Dragon Communion Seal, which boosts dragon communion incantations. From the boss, go all the way up the ramp, then a right, and keep going. There’s a strong guy guarding it, but you can just run behind him.

you missed a big chunk of that gauntlet. where the path gets thinner around mid-way down, you can drop down to a ledge and back there are some more enemies, traps and treasure.
(also, sure, big knight summon is nice, but i like double skeleton lancers. cost half as much and revives indefinitely if you just grab the enemies attention when they go down, most things just attack whatever attacked them last).

That boss is a motherfucker, no doubt. Bleed weapons make it a bit easier but that grab attack is the biggest danger if you can get used to his weird movements.
