Great Axe is so OP
CC on Gravity Well, Unstoppable Mobility on Charge for emergency in-out situation, Sustain on Reap & Passives. What else can you wish for. For Hatchet hands down, mow them down. I also like your perspective regarding your role to semi-tank while doing damage therefore you use Great Axe which has those feature plus the sustain passives, both are good weapons for tanking and I'd like to follow your build on that path but I choose spear+ice gauntlet because of the dodges and stamina regen while maintaining distance for my ice gauntlet spam (Spear + Ice Gauntlet, Mid range CC build). How I wish spear has that insane Gravity Well…..
This makes me feel way better about how I’ve been running Axe and Hatchet for a while lol. Saw somebody call it a Barbarian build in another video.
Is this build medium or heavy armor?
By any stretch of imagination, this build has nothing to do with personal preference you just try to make a unique build so you can claim its "your" build.
How did you get faction gear so quick? I feel like it takes forever to get all those faction tokens
You gotta go get those 580GS weapons, they smack!
I run light armor Hatchet/Great Axe, Hatchet all Left tree (right is garbage ) and for Axe its Malestorm Well and Reap. Great for Pve And if you use it in war for a flank build you can kill groups of healers/rangers in one move spam.
We have a squad for war that runs this on flank team and whenever we come to back lines the entire zerg starts to dominate the point. I end with 30ish kills of basically all healers lol.
As a solo player I’m kinda stuck after getting all my faction gear. Not sure wat I’m supposed to do to get stronger, any advice?
In heavy armor i feel lacking dmg, but mobs in shattered mountains hits like a truck, so…:/ Kinda lost.
I always play mage in mmos, I switched from great axe to fire staff at level 35 and was terrible, light armor is really light, was 3 hit killed by mobs I used to solo easily. Was wondering if it gets better at 60? I’m currently lvl 50
