Is a good spot I been doing for over a week
Wanted to test this method, here are my findings:
Did farm this area for 10 minutes and got a total of 1 mil xp. I did use potions, but wasnt in a group.
I am a lvl 87 Firewall Sorceress at WT4.
However: Elite groups respawn very irregularly here; just walking in a circle at the very top did not go well for me. First time I tried this I stayed there, and the group did not respawn once in 7 minutes, until I restarted. I then attempted this method again, but just walked across the pvp area searching for those elite clumps and that is how I got to the result posted above.
all in all I think you can push this method to around ~1.5-2 mil xp per 10 minutes with quicker movements around the map and being in a party – which would be around ~9-12mil xp/hour
(Also on the topic of other players: Only saw 2 other people which were both friendly in those 10 minutes.)

I guess I did something wrong as I farmed this area for a good few hours with only about 5 legendary drops and no uniques. Seems someone made a video over his rng luck.

At least this method will quickly show you no-lifers have not an ounce of fairplay. You'll get killed by roaming lvl 100 barbarians and druids that will engage you whatever level you are. Haaaa the thrill to shred a lvl 56 rogue with a pve build, it must be really intense. And worse part is elites in pvp zones barely drop NO legendaries, they're dropping hate seeds.
Right unless you are in HC game mode you will perma die to PVP death.
