  1. I hope they find these poor people. I also hope the Coast Guard and Canadian Government send a bill to the company that runs these idiotic trips. Why are my tax dollars being used to save billionaires from their own stupidity???

  2. Obviously this is horrifying and I hope they are found alive… but seriously, I can't help thinking how much effort goes into finding these billionaires. Entire ships of refugees sink daily across the world and the only people who make any effort are ships run by volunteers. Sad society we live in

  3. Very hard job to do, I understand. I pray for the occupants of the submersible and their beloved families and I really hope they are found very soon ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ.

  4. I hope those ignorant people didn't breed before diving 2ยฝ miles below the surface of the ocean for pleasure. No one should risk their lives trying to find fools like that. My "deepest condolences"??? Hell no.

  5. Next up a one way trip to Mars. I wonder how many successful trips they have made to the titanic and made it back or was this their first attempt.

  7. As long as there are brave explorers to challenge fate, there will be tragedies to remind us how dangerous and difficult it is.

The problem with our society, evident by the VILE and HATEFUL comments, is that we do not respect the lives of others!

Rescuers have to remain positive no matter how impossible the odds because morale needs to be maintained to make any progress when lives are on the line.

As someone who loves to make shitposts, there is nothing to laugh about here.

We need to pray for the crew and their families through this horrific nightmare!

Stay humble, life is precious no matter if you're rich or poor…

PS: If they are still alive, I cannot imagine the guilt the father must feel for bringing his 19-year-old son down with him ๐Ÿ˜”

  8. What could go wrong, lmao. Next time don't use a Bluetooth madcatz controller as your only method to control the boat. Doubt there's any Taco Bell at the bottom of the ocean.

  10. Billionaires dying under the sea because they could! Why is this a bad thing? Why waste tax payer money in this ridiculous search?โ€ฆ. Billionaires should not exist in the first place. Take their billions and invest in education and healthcare for 10s of millions of poor and middle class!

  11. I'm just going to point out the elephant in the room. This was purely negligent. They cut corners and tried to be cheap, which is why this happened. I feel so bad for the people on board who even though I don't know, know they were good people. I would sooner have built a literal elevator toe the bottom of the ocean than use that logitech sponsored submarine to move quality humans around.

  12. Oh no! A few multi-billionaires are missing! Whatever will I do???! I am so incredibly upset at this news! I sure hope they are found, so that they can get richer, and make all of us poorer!

  13. Just think if all those people in New Orleans that went through Katrina had been rich.
Can you imagine the emergency response that would have occurred.
Look what kind of response you get when 5 multi-millionaires are on a TOURIST submersible and a disaster strikes….
Multiple governments/militaries/coast guards from around the world COME TO YOUR RESCUE!!
    Whodda thunk!
