  1. Souls games are for souls fans, not for everyone, not for me. My interest is in other games.
But you gotta respect games that don't release broken and devs that stick with their original formula not trying to chase trends👍

  2. I don’t get the appeal of these games. They are massive and beautiful worlds that are populated by monsters. There’s no “life” in these games. Where are the towns, governments, taverns. It just feels empty to me.

  3. I'm so glad that people seem to finally be getting sick of the handholding map marker ridden open world games. BOTW and now Elden ring are showing that people want a return to games that respect the player and encourage their curiosity.

Morrowind is my favourite game of all time, but i'm starting to think elden ring might finally be the game to usurp it.

  4. I’ve never played a souls game, but BOTW is possibly the best open world game I ever played. I might of pre ordered this off of FOMO, but I am pumped to play it.

  5. I’m pretty sure everyone will give Horizon Forbidden West and God of war 2 a 10 out of 10 as well! I’ll wait until more people review the game before I buy it!

  6. I honestly just heard about this game a couple weeks ago (yes, I live under a rock) but since then I've already preordered it! So beyond hyped as this will be my first From game ever.

  7. Because of the lack of an in-game log/journal etc, I highly recommend you keep an actual journal of the game. Especially for when you put down the game for any period of time because there's a good chance you'll forget WTH you were doing.
