I am surprised the scene in Silver Streak between Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor where Gene had to pretend to be black did not get honorable mention. It was funny but could possibly offend.
Omg you guys wanna get offended by everything
Boo hoo 😭
oh wow. Mojo activated it´s snowflake brigade – triggered by comedy most people would have found funny and found so due to the context and situation.
Mojo´s dumbest video so far
the commentary is cringeworthy. the selections and their reasoning are just stupid
The Thing with two heads with Ray Milland is more racist than these.
I thought the whole point of the ace ventura scenes were to make fun of Jims character for playing the "ignorant white man" character, I never saw that as poking fun at the foreign cultures but the whole opposite, i saw it as making fun of white man lmao
I still really love Breakfast at Tiffany's even with that portrayal.
Jesus, come on. If one is gonna portray a racist asshole like Ethan, it ain't gonna be 'easy to digest.' Spare me from movies that are easy to digest.
you're reaching REALLY far with Ace Ventura.
you sure you're not just seeing racism in it because you're projecting?
Every time I hear the word “Asian accent” by Americans, I’m really confused. Even if they mean Eastern Asian in most of case, Chinese speaking English, Japanese, Korean etc. all they sound quite different to my “Asian” ears…
Here we go Mojo…another "Everything is racist" video. 🙄 Not even watching, I already know where you're going with this and I'm done. Unsubscribed.
Jeez, no wonder movies suck these days, people dont have an damn sense of humor any more. I hope I didn't offend any one by saying "damn".
Came here to comment on Big Trouble in Little China BC I've been watching that movie since I was a little girl, it's my fav movie ever… I embraced Chinese and Asian culture, and have been in awe with it ever since because of this film💞
The biggest advocate for fair/equal opportunities for Asian actors, and Asian and chinese actors being recognised is James Hong, and he nor any of the Asian actors had an issue with this film nor think it was racist…
The "undertone" may be there, but to anyone who really knows the actors, director, and the film, they'll see how this film is just amazing and any claims of racism is already dismissed by James Hong, Dennis Dunn and others!
Racist? Be careful how u throw around that word…..there’s a big difference between the word “racist” and “stereotyping” most of these are stereotyping not racism, it’s a joke to me how sensitive everyone is…..this is coming from someone who’s half black and half Korean. I’m not offended at all. Smh.
Who framed Roger rabbit the night club Donald duck racist remark to daffy duck
Stop naming everything as racist!!!Enough with this politicaly correct neo-fasicm….Stop feeding this useless culture war! I wanna know who is the genious behind this video… There is no such thing as the white saviour complex this is a made up psychological term cause you want to manipulate people! The correct term is saviour complex or white knight complex and it is not racial… The fact you made up this term makes you more racist than the film character!
Can't wait for another whiney prick online to tell me what's racist this week!
10: Deck the Halls – A Christmas Story
9: Making Fun of Indigenous People – Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls
8: Asian Bond – You Only Live Twice
7: Punjab and the Asp – Annie
6: Long Duk Dong – Sixteen Candles
5: The Indigenous Characters – The Searchers
4: The Whole Movie – The Gone With the Wind
3: Asian Mysticism – Big Trouble in Little China
2: Indian Culture – Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
1: Mr. Yunioshi – Breakfast at Tiffany
9: This is ridiculous. It’s quite clear that the movie doesn’t mock the indigenous people but it mocks racism itself. Some people don’t know how to understand fiction. Geez…
8: So would you ask spies to look exactly like the enemies they are?
5: What is even a ‘German American’? Is he German or American? And why can’t people play other nations? How many American actors have played German soldiers, Greek and Roman heroes or French historical figures? You’re dumb. Or you’re discriminating between nations. Which is racist in itself.
3: Why is mysticism racist? I don’t get the point. If they make fun of Jewish Qabalah or Celtic witchcraft, would that be racist too? Dumb and dumber.
2: Strangely enough, you didn’t say Indiana Jones was also Germanophobic in the two previous movies of the franchise. Lol….
lol…. diversity problem in Annie? It's set in the 1930s. The USA was nearly 90% white. In fact it was almost as white as China is currently Han Chinese.
This video was funny af, not because of the racist moments but because of the butt hurt snowflakes. Yes these movies are called racist today, but for the times they were set in were perfectly normal. If people would quit complaining about past injustice and complain about the train wreck of a country we try to live in today, then maybe things wouldn't be so bad.
Forget about depicting Indians as monkey brain eating savages in Indiana Jones movie made in Hollywood.Indian movies made in India are also stereo-typical in depicting their own country-men of different regions in a most offensive way.For example Sikhs are shown as loud-mouthed,dim-witted jokers,Tamils are shown as dark-skinned,dhoti-wearing fools who speak Hindi with a weird accent, people from North-East India are shown as under dogs to be bullied. The list is long and not even funny.
I came here to have a laugh, you know, like we used to do. I'm still there, having my laughs
I came to this youtube video because I wanted to see some old movies and classics that aren't woke, because almost all movies now are and they stink. luckily there are so many movies that have already made before the woke mental illness took hold of our society that one can enjoy a lifetime of movies without that bullshit. I'm gonna watch all these movies and especially enjoy what this white-guilt loser thinks isn't good about them haha
big trouble in little china sounds like a porn title haha
This video is woke trash.
“West Side Story” (1961). Natalie Wood wore brown paint. I’m surprised you overlooked that.
What's racist about A Christmas Story, some Asian people really DO talk likr that…
This is why the world laughs at America.
😡 Seriously Do people always Have Too Disc Asians What Did They Ever Do To The Directors 🙄
If This Was reversed I bet The Americans wouldn't Like to be treated as Stereotypical Hillbillies
STOP APOLOGISING FOR STUFF THAT OCCURED IN THE PAST!! NO WONDER MOST FILMS ARE UNWATCHABLE "WOKE" TRAINING FILMS THESE DAYS!!!
This country is the nectar of racism
White people here shouldn't determine whether something is racist or not, just saying.
Like for example, just imagining a white dude loving the shit out of Full Metal Jacket, tell someone that it's not racist is cringe
I can tell there’s is a lot of white racist butt hurt people in the comments. I saw most of the movies as a kid and loved them but they are correct, some of these movies we’re racists as hell. Except it, these films from your childhood are problematic and bigoted
All bad movies. Ill be checking out the new Ghostbusters film, thank you very much.
I'm offended by all the men playing women yet oddly people cheer that one on.
This has 6,200 dislikes.
All classic movies. I'm more bothered by men pretending to be women these days. That's very sexist.
not racist enough🐼
Bumblebee Tuna!
The hyper-political-correctness has gotten so bad that they won’t cast any minority in an antagonist role.
We know the problem will be solved when our grandchildren look back at these scenes and need help figuring out which part was racist.
It's weird. 50 years ago nobody thought it was racist. Now people think it's all racist. And in 50 years people won't understand the racism because whites will act like blacks/ Asians/ Hispanics. Asians will act as blacks/ Hispanics/ whites blacks will act like Hispanics/ whites/ asians and all sorts of other configurations etc etc etc
man this sucks,. you are all snowflakes
These are all my favorite movies! But I am a racist though. Perhaps people are just too sensitive. Also you can't look back into the past with the social lenees of today. No it wasnt wrong then. Just art
Lol I ain’t with this woke crap today but there are a lot on this list that were actually blatantly racist y’all don’t wanna acknowledge that tho cause you think people who agree are acting like victims. Like from the movie Annie why is the guys name “Punjab”. Literally no one from India ever has had this name, that’s the name of a fucking state in India. Hollywood back in those days really was filled with morons who didn’t know anything about any other country outside the US cause it was filled with fucking morons who didn’t do any research like they do today
The whyte gaze is highly represented and of course those gazing cannot see what is wrong with their comportment bc it demands intelligence and empathy.
I'm happy to see that the dislike ratio on this video is more than 3.0. It's reassuring.
