Rise of the Beasts finally introduces the Maximals, a breed of Transformers capable of taking the shape of giant metal animals that will serve the Autobots well in the upcoming battle against the evil Unicron.
The Autobots and the Maximals must put aside their differences and combine forces in order to take on the Terrorcons and prevent Unicron from snacking on the Earth.
The Transformers franchise has fundamental aspects of its lore that have been maintained since its creation.
The moral theme on Rise of the Beasts is about the importance of family and strength in numbers.
Anthony Ramos portrays an electronics expert who joins the Autobots and the Maximals in their fight against Unicron and the Terrorcons.

Peter Cullen reprised his iconic role as the voice of Optimus Prime in Rise of the Beasts.
Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobot resistance, shepherding his people to Earth to keep them safe from the rising evil.
Optimus Prime plays a major role in the resistance against the rise of Unicron and leads the Autobots into war against the Terrorcons.
Optimus Prime has one of the most compelling character arcs in Rise of the Beasts and is a far cry from his more kind and selfless personality in the Transformers films.
Optimus Prime remains one of the best characters in the Transformers franchise that completes with epic action sequences and his signature monologues.
Optimus Prime learns to put his hangups about humans aside in order to save the galaxy as he comes to see just how dire the situation has become.
Optimus Primal, who often takes the form of a giant metal gorilla, has a magnificent design and a compelling character arc.
Ron Perlman joins the Transformers franchise as Optimus Primal, the leader of a long-lost group of Maximals whose home planet is devoured by Unicron. Optimus Primal and the Maximals flee to Earth and enlist the help of the Autobots to defeat a legion of Terrorcons, who seek to prepare Earth for the arrival of Unicron.
Mirage manages to stay at the center of the story on Rise of the Beasts and proves to be essential in staving off Terrorcons.
Mirage has a newfound ability to transform into an epic suit of armor for human beings, which is an awesome addition to the Transformers franchise.
Airazor has one of the coolest designs in Rise of the Beasts, serves a big role in the story as the protector of the Transwarp Key and proves herself to be one of the strongest Maximals.

The only piece of music that ever made me cry was "Optimus" from the 2007 score, with that flute. It's nice to see it brought back at the beginning of this amazing track.

This is why S. Caple Jr is the way to go, he brings the best of both transformers worlds unlike Travis Knight who didnt give a shit about the bayverse and didnt even include Jablonsky's soundtracks in the movie and some people (for some reason) still prefered him.
The journey is incomplete without the score 🙇

So happy to see they brought back the theme! Going to see it this Sunday. Taking my dad for Fathers day. Hes been a fan since the OG cartoon movie and weve caught the movies in theaters every time.
