Bhai … reason to yahi ho skta h ki loop line ke circuit connection me issue aya ho track site se an us wajah se EI ko ye info register thi ki loop line clear h…ok n then ye hua ki station master ne galti kari jis wajah se main line me point ko set na karke galti se loop line pe ka diya and hence ese loop line ka signal aya ….. Ab loop line track ke clear hone ka indication panel pe to ya to relay room me kuch issue hone ki wajah se hoga ya to fir on site kisi working staff ne bina permission testing ya kuch aur karne ka kiya hoga jo in dono reasons ki wajah se relay room ki relay pickup ya drop down position me aa ke circuit me dikhaya track clear n then master ne galat movement kia machine ka n bhul gaya ki kya indication aa raha h…. So EI ki total fault to ni h ye…human laaparvahi bhi involved h isme sure.. . Kuki if button relay sequence me press kiye hote master ne to track clear ho ya nahi train signal main line ka hi ata ….
