You should make a kelp farm that smelts the kelp into dried kelp using bamboo from your farm. And then you could use that dried kelp for a super smelter. Therefore everything is interconnected!

I love the name "Stuck in a Hopper with Impulse" for your proposed series! Please do this series! My kids and I are avid Hermitcraft fans; we play together on Bedrock (although we also have the Java version on our computer that we play solo)… Perhaps a partnership is in order… Silentwhisperer was mentioned by chat – their videos are outstanding. But I would also raise up AnimusJ and JCPlayz – all three make outstanding tutorials for Bedrock. Perhaps they could take your designs, test them, and do a corresponding video with ideas and suggestions for Bedrock players – a way to raise up other creators and perhaps boost your own views with their fans.
Stuck in a hopper a survival guide would be a great title. Can't wait for it

As a casual player that generally never automates much past using hoppers ‘stuck in a hopper’ just feels like it’s calling me out😂. A series that helps those, like me, who just don’t know where to move on from the hopper or want a better understanding of how to use redstone on their own in survival. I hope u decide to make it. I loved psj series back in the day and I would love to see ur take on the basic concept.

I also travel to San Diego every year except we go in Sep. Like you with your tacos, we go to this same seafood restaurant over on Coronado at least twice in our week there. Lol
I've built the same version of the sorting system that you're using now. Because of the way items are always in hoppers or mine-carts and no water involved, you can load it up and have no worries about it breaking. I have filled mine up with TONS of blocks and it is solid as a rock.
@Impulse, if you add a + or X indent maybe 2 blocks wide on your circular dirt farm, it will look like a capacitor. so far so good on the MotherFarm design XD

I'm not a fan of Stuck in a Hopper. It makes me think of Stuck in the Middle With You and a certain 1992 movie scene starts play in my head. I saw it when I was 7 or 8 years old and it turned my stomach as well as any time that song would come on the radio. But that's a pretty personal thing lol

You could do a series where you compare java and bedrock redstone, explaining the differences and how to do x in java and then the same thing in bedrock
