Playing in extreme hot weather is much worse than extremely cold. Yes it's harder to get going when you're freezing but your body obviously warms up as you do more but when you're already pouring with sweat before you even start and then run arahnd in the sun and heat for 2hrs is much more dangerous and alot harder to recover from.
