  1. Shack, the Mon Calamari are still waiting for that safety cordon. They won't dispatch reinforcements (4-5 MCs and Home One) until it's established.

  2. I'm sure this is not news but have you noticed when a planet is corrupted everything is cheaper on that planet?? Sometimes it's worth putting things on the build list before removing the corruption..

  3. Shack just imagine the propaganda that could be used for the rebellion "Rebellion take the wheel and defeat the black suns last fortress world destroying surrounding capital fleet ! "

  4. Not Shack getting all of his tanks snipped from across the lava flow by something anti vehicle and the l then saying it was the light vehicles lol. I was screaming at him each time the blue laser took out another tank.

Shack impresses me and enrages me throughout each of his videos lol. Like he will win a battle I'd have thought was lost, but then promptly get shredded in battles that should have been a cake walk lol. Never change Shack

"Right now I have no idea who I want to lay in to more with recent events: Princess Leia for her admitedly bold but outright reckless plan to find out more information about the 'Conqurer Project' we've dubbed it since our recent discoveries after Polus. Or Commander Skywalker for his rash, impulsive and ultimatly costly requests that we make for the Outer Rim world for Ilum, resulting in the disaster that was Aeten II… not going to lie, leaning more toward Skywalker simply because Aeten II could have been avoided, but simply because of his clout as a hero of the Rebellion and the pilot who destroyed the Death Star we through men and resources we couldn't spare in to a Black Sun meat grinder simply to try and secure a world on the far edge of the Outer Rim. And while Leia's plan was equil parts audacious and dangerous, she at least was able to get us a reliable source of information on this new Conqurer Star Destroyer. Fulcrum is looking to debrief this individual personally and disseminate the information across the network."

"So… what happened at Aeten II? Taking orbit was as simple an affair as it had come to be when engaging the Black Sun, taking enough of their fleet group elements forced them to abandon their positions in orbit and let us secure for the ground invasion. I made the same argument over and over on the Hyperspace Jump over that we should at least get a good idea on what Black Sun have on the ground. or to at least wait for additional reinorcments from the back lines so we didn't have to concern with going in undermanned, I'm sure Kota agreed with me the time I made that argument following Shack on to the Main Bridge, but Shack made it clear that Skywalker wanted us to make for Ilum, citing 'Jedi reasons'. If looks could kill, the scowl Kota gave could have snapped Shack's neck before declaring he'd lead the Ground Assault. The initial landing and breakout seemed well enough, expecting the usual make up of every Mercenary and Bounty Hunter they could afford. Instead the Groudn Forces were met with an assortment of Clone Wars era Armored elements; AATs, AT-AP Artillery Pieces and Heavy Weapons droids of some unknown calibration. Just as quickly as our forces broke out of the initial landing zone, they were mowed down. Kota was lucky to have made it back to the Liberation alive but the bulk of the invasion force had been wiped out, save for two SpecForce squads that hauled Kota to the evacuation shuttle. Black Sun knew we were coming, there's no other logical explaination to how things went bad that quickly."

"Then as if things couldn't have been timed better against us: Death Squadron took the opportunity to attack our position on Ord Mantell while we were still licking our wounds from Aeten II. Given who was leading it ,General Rieekan was expecting Vader to just slam in to his position, forcing him to adopt a fighting retreat stratedgy: whatever he had was to engage Vader's forces while withdrawing to make the frontline as small as possible and effect a better defense. Immediatly we lost communications at the start of the battle, making an already tense air on the bridge all the more strained. Eventually, and after some time, we recieved word from Rieekan: Vader repelled. Ground Positions held. But the mood was brought down with an addendum to it: Threepio and Artoo had been reported missing, presumed captured during the battle. We made orbit just as whatever ground attack was just about ready to deploy their AT-ATs, the Gozanti hauling them made it clear they were just about ready to go."

"All in all, today was a major blow to our momentum. All because Skywalker insisted we make for Ilum rather than keep up out planned advance. I am going to make it a point when Shack gets in contact with Skywalker to make it clear what his flight of fancy that he think's he's the salvation of the Jedi just cost the Rebellion. I'm sure Kota would do the same.. I half expect him to, the old Rancor made it clear he's too stubborn to die after today."

  6. If the ground combat aspect of this game wasn't so gorram awful, I would love it. I tend to just bring overwhelming force and auto-resolve. In theory, I can micro-manage and lose fewer units… sometimes… but it is just so goddamn awful.

  7. 19:18 Shack, you need more forces, period. You've got a huge amount of pop cap that you aren't using, and if you don't use it, you're going to start losing worlds due to the lack of response QRF. You need to chill out with attacks, and assemble and reorganize your forces.
