A formerly-vacant Adams Street storefront will soon offer a new way to connect cats with forever homes.
The executive director of Toledo’s first cat cafe says RubyCats is expected to open in February, although nothing is set in stone just yet. Once open, cat fanciers will be able to mingle with shelter cats in the relaxed, cozy and homelike atmosphere of the RubyCats cafe.
