Lemme clear up the confusion regarding why/how Shrouded Nerscylla is able to swing from webs attached to seemingly nothing: she hired a Chameleos for her personal transport!
Shrouded is much better than normal Nerscilla. I like the whole "White Widow" motif she's got going on with the Khezu skin.
… Though I appreciate normal Nerscilla because her main prey is Gypceros.

Why is Shrouded Narscylla in the desert when Khezu is an arctic/tundra monster?
I do this almost every time I go to the airport but if the reverse one is clear I will go down and make it to the end before the people who are on the forward one. I am not joking it is very fun.
Did you guys forget that each S.Nerscylla also has a Chameleos following them around?

I have a clumsy theory, on how the fuck Shrouded Nerscylla can wirebug : I think the ability to soar through the air without a ceiling or support, is inspired by skydiving spiders who have the ability to make and deploy their own "parachute" to soar and traverse several miles in real life. For nerscylla, the web it weaves seems far too small and not wide enough to be carried through the air like a kite, plus there's not much wind. I still thinks this is the most logical explanation, cuz saying it's Chamaleos carrying her, is a bit odd.

Interesting how Cotton became an Insect Glaive main in the Pro and Noob MH4U journey. Also, good to see the story beats leading into the final bosses of Hub High Rank and G-Rank, even if the stories themselves aren't as in-depth as the singleplayer, Stories, or 5th generation games.

"Carp hunter" is a thing. In places infested with invasive carp, people drive along in boats, spooking the carp and causing them to jump into the air.
The hunters then shoot the carp. In mid-air. With bows.

The thing I don't get about Shrouded Nercylla is that it hunts Khezu which live in cold climates despite itself living in the desert.
It’s been years since I played 4U but only now just put two and two together about that missing dragonator
Here in the US there is a carp problem in the Great Lakes. They are trying to get in as an invasive species to our largest bodies of fresh water. So people go through and mass murder Asian Carp as a sport. They put on makeshift metal armor covered in hooks and spikes and they drive loud boats through the canal the carp are in and kill as many as possible to try and keep the invasive population down. The videos of this are crazy. So they are kinda like Carp Hunters. 😂

This and regular Nerscylla I genuinely would not want to kill since it specifically hunts two very annoying monsters and wears their skins as protection and trophies. Plus, Shrouded Nerscylla was one of my most used monsties back in MH Stories 2.
