I don't like that the abilities are tied to you interacting with the relevant npc companion and not a assigned button combo
Speed up potion/meal might help with some of those jumps as well. Korok leafs can also give you a gust. You can also use a spring shield for height, and use the free fall glide function (R) with the gust to get across
