The driver arrested after Tuesday’s crash in Mitchells, Plain Cape Town, which killed five children and seriously injured a sixth, has appeared in court. 56-year-old, Mninikhaya Mvuli, faces five charges of culpable homicide, and one of reckless driving. One of his relatives, an eight-year-old girl, was one of the learners that died.
