These are all fun and stuff but good luck actually getting picked to participate in these kinds of events. Most the top companies choose randoms over company members because they want a certain comp and don't care about letting company members join in.
Now that everyone knows you earn over a million dollars a year, you really need to start making an effort with your videos. A little production quality beyond pressing the record button and talking. Just saying.
