A New Mexico teen is facing a first-degree murder charge after allegedly giving birth to her baby in a locked hospital bathroom and hiding it in a trash can where nurses later found it deceased. Bodycam footage shows her mother and Artesia police questioning 19-year-old Alexee Trevizo about the tragic incident. An autopsy ruled the baby’s cause of death was homicide. Lady shouldn't have apologized. The girl committed a murder in cold blood and threw the baby away in the trash! Lock her up! As a mom who almost died giving birth, this hurt my heart. I would have gladly given my life for my son to survive. But doctors saved me on time. Yet you have these sociopaths do this!

As I grow older nowadays 19 years old is legally an adult but mentally still a child. That being said she should still be held responsible
The fact that she refers to the baby as "it" shows that she didn't see it as her child. Just a thing that exited out of her body.

She's in the hospital bed smiling while her mom grabs her ID she really thinks she's getting away with this "Nothing was crying or anything" babies dont always cry when they first come out my son didn't and it scared the crap out of me he was fine just very hungry bc they staved me.. but she had no idea what she was doing and still chose to hide it in a medical facility full of people who wouldn't judge her. All she had to do was ask her mom to leave she is 19..
