Yeah I remember watching this movie late-night back in the day. A late night TV show called Fritz the Night 🦉 He showed a lot of Kaiju movies as well as Rodger Corman movies.
Wow never knew these existed, gotta find them to watch, I've always loved, Shinto, Hindu, merciless justice and vengeance, especially the whole non blinking graciously destructive god demons. Gives me major Madara Susanoo from Naruto Shippuden
They need to do a remake of this along with other forgotten kaiju, like the brown and green Gargantuan. And the Japanese giant Frankenstein monster but treat them as separate humanoid species.
"Give Godzilla A Run For Its Money"?!? 🤣🤣🤣 The King of the Monsters will once again inevitably retain his crown once he takes down this creature and adds it to the list of slain victims who made the fatal mistake of even daring to challenge the "Alpha Titan/God of the Titans".
I can't remember the last time I heard the word "beacon" so much. I don't want to tease the writer, but it felt like they were trying too hard to use dramatic language.
Ohhh no he is NOT forgotten! (I get you though, not a mainstream series) SUCH great movies. Heavy hearted material for a young child, but I gravitated to this set of movies. I believe I saw him as my protector and a warning to be a good boy. I wanted to be a gentle giant. characters like Daimajin 😶🌫helped teach me to never be the bully, instead protect the smaller picked on kids at school and neighborhood. Yes, yes it really goes that deep with this one. Thank you for this spotlight on him

Daimajin was originally released in Japan as a double feature with Gamera vs. Barugon. I don't know if the two sequels were also released as double features, however.

I was happy to finally see Daimaju at a convention at few years ago, as he has been parodied in anime such as My Mai Mai! ❤❤
