You should be driving with enough distance in front of you to be able to stop incase the car in front slams on the brakes. Distance should increase with speed. Drive safe.
Just hit the turtle it's not the end of the world but you could end up killing other people oh and notice how the semi couldn't stop in time and ended up going right for the turtle yeah so guess what the turtles not worth it it's not gonna live very long anyway
That is No one’s fault but the the car that swerved in front of the semi there was more than enough space between the truck and the white car if the gray sedan wasn’t tailgating they would have been able to stop safely
Multiple things went wrong here (I‘m not gonna include the turtle since that would be totally stupid)
First of all, never park in the middle of the road for any reason! So this guy did one mistake… Second, why didn‘t the gray car stay in his lane and brake?? Second mistake… Third, the truck saw the stopped vehicles way before he started to slow down, maybe next time brake a bit earlier, third mistake…
People don't think about the consequences of the stuff they do. Your on the interstate with other drivers doing 70 plus and you stop to let a turtle cross.
I'll just reiterate what an officer told me after I was in an accident because somebody just HAD to swerve to save a turtle on the road: "Just hit the turtle!!!!!"
Guaranteed the driver was still charged with negligence “he should’ve known better as a “cdl driver” peoples stupidity always comes and bites us on the ass people should really understand that these trucks can’t stop with with the brake pedal flooded to the ground it takes time
bro these people crazy where i live if someone sees a animal in a empty road they drive right over it
You know the world has went to hell when people care more about a dumb animals life than other humans.
Is everyone gonna ignore the fact the sedan made a illegal turn and basically caused that whole thing?
Dumb ass ppl just hit the Fukien turtle

Just stop in middle of road 😂 nowt will go wrong 🤡 he could've drove over turtle

The truckers should’ve taken the ditch
I am going to sue the turtle
😂 the turtle got smashed
I heard that turtle has a bounty of his shell from the Insurance companies.
That semi looked like it flattened that turtle.
Never stop or swerve for an animal on the road
You will cause more damage to everyone
they willing to potentially seriously injury a human being then a turtle
Wouldn’t be a problem if that sedan swerve to the left and truck to the right (grass)
How is the turtle tho?? HOW IS THE TUUURRRTLEEE!?!?!?
Person in the black truck should get get the bill because he’s an idiot
That is No one’s fault but the the car that swerved in front of the semi there was more than enough space between the truck and the white car if the gray sedan wasn’t tailgating they would have been able to stop safely
Semi understood the assignment ✔️
Black truck 🔔 end
turtle winded up getting ran over

Charge the idiot in the black truck
Is the turtle okay?
Something tells me that turtle didn’t make it😅😂
I’m rolling it over, sorry. Not putting ppls lives in danger like that
literally a episode of gumball
Driving too close and without due care and attention had nothing to do with it. It was all the turtle's fault.
Dude in the truck should get the fine really… could’ve just avoided the turtle and kept traffic moving. Things die every day on the road.
Turtle needs time in jail
To be fair that truck had its hazard lights on; the semi should have seen this as he was approaching and slowed down before it was too late.
Happily ever after’ 🤣💀
Why dont American trucks have brakes? And why do the drivers of these trucks have zero situational awareness?
People don't think about the consequences of the stuff they do. Your on the interstate with other drivers doing 70 plus and you stop to let a turtle cross.
You can only legally stop in the middle of the road when the animal is large enough to cause damage to the vehicle. Now you know
Just run over the turtle
I'll just reiterate what an officer told me after I was in an accident because somebody just HAD to swerve to save a turtle on the road: "Just hit the turtle!!!!!"
Nope, the only issue people too close together.
🤦♂️
Sorry but hitting the turtle is better than risking lives
Guaranteed the driver was still charged with negligence “he should’ve known better as a “cdl driver” peoples stupidity always comes and bites us on the ass people should really understand that these trucks can’t stop with with the brake pedal flooded to the ground it takes time
It is tortoise and is not happily living in a pond
Aren’t you legally supposed to keep driving if an small animals in the road
Nah that turtle got crushed
Im pretty sure that turtle is dead 💀
Bruh how did the turtle survive
This is why you keep a safe distance between other cars. America doesn’t know this
