  1. You should be driving with enough distance in front of you to be able to stop incase the car in front slams on the brakes. Distance should increase with speed. Drive safe.

  2. Just hit the turtle it's not the end of the world but you could end up killing other people oh and notice how the semi couldn't stop in time and ended up going right for the turtle yeah so guess what the turtles not worth it it's not gonna live very long anyway

  3. That is No one’s fault but the the car that swerved in front of the semi there was more than enough space between the truck and the white car if the gray sedan wasn’t tailgating they would have been able to stop safely

  4. Multiple things went wrong here (I‘m not gonna include the turtle since that would be totally stupid)

First of all, never park in the middle of the road for any reason! So this guy did one mistake…
Second, why didn‘t the gray car stay in his lane and brake?? Second mistake…
Third, the truck saw the stopped vehicles way before he started to slow down, maybe next time brake a bit earlier, third mistake…

  5. To be fair that truck had its hazard lights on; the semi should have seen this as he was approaching and slowed down before it was too late.

  6. Guaranteed the driver was still charged with negligence “he should’ve known better as a “cdl driver” peoples stupidity always comes and bites us on the ass people should really understand that these trucks can’t stop with with the brake pedal flooded to the ground it takes time
