RSASS is really nice, too! I’d never buy them because of the price, but if I found one in raid, I’d run it – I think it’s a tad better than M1A for ergo, but slightly more recoil.
The MK17 is also versatile full auto and accurate at long range similar to the mdr personal favourite
Is running any of these guns unsuppressed worth it? Or are the stats you get from silencers way better than any compensator?
If you buy the G28 version from Jaeger and sell the Muzzle, the Scope and pistol grip etc. to mechanic to replace them with the "Meta" parts (PRS Suppressor, Gral-S, SE-5) you are just missing out on scope/optic for the same price you bought the base gun. So to get a "Meta" G28 its roughly 300K without any optic. That is totally in line with the prices of your builds in this video, IF you have max traders of course.

What I love in particular about the 7.62×51 guns this wipe is the sheer amount of alternative builds you can do. Running them loud with the BMD combo, RK-1 or 2, and PRS GEN3 stock can give you better ergo and recoil for cheaper, at the expense of blowing everyone's ears off. Even for suppressed, changing the RSASS handguard for the Noverske SWS ones and putting a CQR on gives nearly identical stats for a very pretty looking weapon (for the SR-25 specifically, and the mutant if you're into that). The barrel length making a huge difference for ergo too gives you an interesting decision as to whether you want a shorter barrel for quick scoping, or longer for better point fire.
This is how weapon modding for other guns should be too IMO, but it feels like there's just "one good build" for all the other rifles in the game
there is NO way rfb is the best budget waepon of this caliber, you can buy a sr-25 for the same price on the flea with better stats and WAY more modding possibilities if you want.
edit: if you mod a rfb you get worst stats then a stock sr-25. the thing good about the rfb is that you can use it early on in the wipe besides that 0 upsides
A M700 or a T5000 with Wave QD is all you need

Hey J Dog, I was wondering if you did anything to make using scopes with NVGs crisper. The rsass with the vudu looked so clean in the intro! It's usually too dark for me to see anything through a scope at night, cheers if you see this.

7.62 MDR is just trash this wipe when compared to the SCAR H for full auto. If you want ergo use an m1a or a sr-25.
Does the Thunderbeast suppressor not have lower rec than the ktac? Also has a nice barter making it almost half the price of the flea
I got some work to do to get my trader levels up before I can run these without getting price gouged.
0 ergo sa-58 with 50 rounders is so much fun on places like reserve
Found that I prefer the Razer without a delta point on top. The 1x is perfect for all engagements far enough to not point fire for me
the m1a is so clunky to use imo. Great list though
One tip for SA-58: Don't buy the long barrel directly from flea/mechanic. Instead buy a low durability sa-58 from flea for like 25-30k, take out the 21'' barrel and sell the gun back to traders. It's much cheaper this way.
RFB for the feels and M1A EBR build for the looks, that thing is seriously sexy, not that usefull but sexy 😀
Accuracy is something worth considering as well.
Stark SE-5 forward foregrip (2% recoil, +8 ergo) better than Zenit RK-1 foregrip (3% recoil, +2 ergo)?
I’ve been an RFB guy all wipe but I’m going to try the sr-25 out!
These are great builds, I hope to try these out when I get trader levels up there.
One thing to note, I'm surprised that when you went to Day Customs/Reserve you could find the time to scope into boss guards enough to place good shots on them.
Gluhar's crew is the worst by far, have spawned at Dome and 30 secs later and not even scoping in that direction, I immediately start getting beamed by tracer rounds from Knight buildings.
Question, could i swap out an Black CTR or Tan CTR for the moe stock i find it much cheaper on flea for 14k
The Gemtech One Mount is from Peacekeeper Level 3 not Level 2
I found one of the new HKs in marked and made a few small changes to it before loading into light house. I insured it for like 100k cuz I figured rogues might kill me and I would get it back. Spawned 30 seconds late up on the hill by the land mines and didn’t even get to take a step before getting shot in the head 🙁
