For anyone else who gets stuck on the moving clock puzzle of Night's Bridge, you're supposed to use the Electromagnetism ability on the large hand to get up to the chest. Saves a lot of time.

I'm not sure but I believe that Eugene's archangel is an extra/missable. I was also surprised that I ended up fighting and extra one.
