No 330-800. No need for its range with the 350-900. Delta will order more 330-900 – operating costs aren't much more than -800, with more seats for more revenue. Supposedly the 330-900 seating may be reduced to 262, to have more premium seats.

Time for Delta to phase out the 767s and streamline the fleet
Delta can go to Hell, after the CEO came out against the 2nd Amendment last year, nothing but traitors to the U.S. Constitution.
Delta can use the A350-1000 for premium heavy, high-demand routes such as London, Sydney, Paris and Tokyo. The A350-900 could replace the A330ceos and the 767 could be replaced by the A330neo (or the 787-9 if they went with Boeing).
I would love to see a mix of A330-800 and A350-1000 been ordered even though that means the end of any hope that DL would ever order any 787…
I think the 350-1000 would help them immensely.
It will certainly be a great cost benefit for Delta Airlines and also Boeing or definitely Airbus, it will be an economy.
Don't know if you already made a video on this but one exploring how many years/flight hours an aircraft needs to run to make its ROI would be interesting.

Delta should order the A321XLR to replace the 757-200 and 767-300ER on thinner routes.

The sooner Delta retires the 767s and 757s the better. This airline tries to keep an image of superiority but the bulk of their wide body fleet from JFK to Europe is older the 25 years. That’s just lame.
i am Surprised to hear that an American airline would order more Airbus than Boeing. I guess it proves Airbus now has the momentum and has the better airplanes when compared to Boeing.
If they buy airbus planes, it must made in the USA. If not they will pay huge amount of tariffs.
