  1. Damn… so her smiling disregard for her own babies wasn't lost on the jurors! This juror is great & we're so grateful for his service, terrific interview by Nate as always.

  2. He DIDN'T say he was undecided on ALL counts until jury deliberation. He said he kept an open mind( innocent until proven guilty) towards Lori all throughout.
When deliberation began though, All jurors soon agreed on her guilt on "Grand Theft" and the "conspiracy to kill' JJ and Tylee.
I think It was one of the other Ist degree charges– he was still not completely sure. Yes Jury Deliberation matters!–In Alex Mudaugh's case 2 Juros believed he was innocent and a 3rd Juro was not sure–after all Evidence and all said and done. Others "brought them over"
In this Lori's case Juros decided to adjourn in order to return next day rested & continue with review of related evidence. Ultimately they reached a final unanimous decision.
Its impressive he was actually searching for the Truth– very objective, intellectually honest and analytical individual. An independent thinker.
Also it's interesting jurors watched Lori's Demeanor and got some important impressions of her from that!

  3. Thank goodness this extremely intelligent and insightful man was selected on the jury. I don’t think much manipulation could get past him, he saw right through this sh*&show and saw nothing but pure evil.

  4. The crimes against her children, to me warranted the death penalty. Which I am not a huge proponent of. But, these folks eliminate people for the sole purpose of fulfilling some sexual fantasy. Their just creepy. And, he initiated it. But, don’t believe he expected how easily she was going to get on board. But, there were ample amount of times. When either one could have pulled the plug. But, they didn’t. And, those poor folks that had to die. It’s truly a tragedy.

  5. Interesting question, regarding who was The mastermind and honestly I don't know. I think they both were just deadly together. I think it created something the amplified itself when they were together. I think him having this opportunity to be something bigger, his lust for her, and her being done with Charles, not wanting to work ever, and when they didn't get the life insurance, they decided that the kids were going to foot the bill. And for her to betray her children, I do not believe he was mastermind. Because I don't care what man comes into my life and tells me he's been married to me 2000 years ago in other lives, nothing a man could say to me would cause me to betray my kids. Never do I think they equally were responsible.
