It’s had a fantastic start, made a load of money and has some big names behind it, but…

Hit 25, do the dungeon, you've seen like 90% of the content so far.
No it won't. They already proved how much more corrupt they are with the bann happy censor bot, that why they can blame it on the bot.
New World is a game that a I love and hate, if they fix the locomotion in this game, will improve 100%, but the game now is 30 min of walking , 2 min of combat and gathering and 10 seconds at npc.
TheLazyPeon had a great comment towards the end of his video. He said it'll probably be like ESO, where the game gets lambasted by people, but then turns it around in a few years.

However they could make some changes to make the game better.
FFXIV did a full re-work, New World may do so in the future.
Hope no one else has had their GPUs/3090s go up in flames.

I think that they are very active with making this game great. As much as everyone loves to hate New World, It has had a very strong start.
I feel that it really is AGS 'to lose'; they've got a GREAT foundation laid, the best we've seen in a long time… BUT Content is King, and it's a little sparse and we are BURNING thru it already…

No.. the game is abhorrent trash. Barely a minimum viable product
Anyone else noticing a trend? Live service games tend to be a bit lacking at first. As players it is very easy to burn through this content which takes about 3-4 weeks in new world vs development time that takes much much longer obviously. New world will be good in a couple years I think.
