The Case of the Golden Idol Part 7 – I was worried that the DLC would not live up to the standard of the main game, but this mystery absolutely destroyed those worries. What a beautiful web of interconnected clues, puzzles, and strong difficulty.

i did not notice the newspapers contained a secret message when i played this so the secret of the level was a lot more cryptic
raja is not pronounced " raha" its "ra ja" ja of jack. also the same case foe jayan its the same same ja.
i really love the statue the seven seas gifted to lanka because they assume they worship the generic red devils while probably being mostly ignorant about their actual culture
So far this is my least favorite video of the series so far only because the story involved insects.
If you're wondering, Jayan Ji was totally in love with Arri and lied to Putra about her not reciprocating his feelings.
these puzzles really knock it out of the park, that code puzzle was so good
Day 15 of asking tyler to continue potionomics
Please play professor layton
PLAY WARCRAFT 3
Wait a second does this part take place in Sri Lanka or am I going insane
those pesky westerners!
I WAS WAITING SO MUCH FOR THISSS
Thank you for continuing this game, it's a pleasure to watch!
When I played this case, I originally thought that the letter the warrior/guard received was from the dead woman who's in the ritual machine, and it never occured to me that Anula could've also written it. The fact that it was signed as "Your Queen" never clicked and I thought it was just a pet name between the two of them.
So basically there's an entire complicated relationship between Zubiri, the woman in the chamber, Anula, and Jayan.
I’m begging now please play backpack hero again
You should try out Return of the Obra Dinn.
It's similar to this game and I think you'll like it.
You should do a series on obra dinn; Just beat the game. I know it would be a tough series to narrate but I feel like you could make it entertaining. I think it would be a hit series. I would certainly watch all of them.
day 1 of requesting Kindergarden and if you already played it then even better
Interesting fact, that method of faking the blade cutting into the person without harming them is actually an old (real) magic illusion (normally done with a circular saw).
Tyler didn't explain that the person sawn was wearing a wooden apron, so their stomach could sink into the box (with their head and feet still on top of the box) and the wooden apron hiding the fact that they had sunk into the box.
Love this game
Where is Potionomics
This looked like a Manlybadasshero thumbnail ngl
It's Raja as it's spelt not raha 😂. It means king
The Lion Pictor said “you will be heir” You figure this out by looking at the first letter of each circled word
great puzzle video as always. Raja is pronounced ra-jah andnot ra- ha. it just means king in hindi as well as some sanskrit related languages. peace
Great job on the editing, making puzzle progress easy to follow.
Day 13 of begging Tyler to play Dredge again 🙏
Ben's Comments:
Now that you bring it up… Yeah! I'd absolutely recommend the Layton saga. Sure, it doesn't have the kinds of puzzles you're used to, but they're puzzles nonetheless.
I've played them all myself.
Cute visuals,
Brain-melting puzzles,
Charming story.
All wrapped up in the package of 6 canon games.
Sadly, those were initially released for the Nintendo DS and 3DS which are no longer in production. We can still play 3 games as of now, but still…
Either way, it's a good brain exercise if that's what you want. I just hope you're good at math…
And spatial visualisation…
But we all know you exhibit those qualities.
And- oh, that's enough rambling for me! But Tyler, if you DO notice this comment, consider it a good recommendation for your next puzzle game.
Let's remind ourselves that a very poisonous cricket is out there while everyone is talking
9:06 wow he's better at math than 3rd grade me
and I already knew algebra back then
Really liked the Professor Layton reference at the beginning!
😀
Am i the only one that thinks there should be 20 triangles?
There's the 18 that Tyler pointed out, but there is also the combination of the 3 rows and the top 2 rows as another 2 triangles, totaling to 20
Love how every clue comes together in the end
This one made no sense
Over 131st
Aliensrock should play "The Return of the Obra Dinn" interesting artstyle but the story is interesting and the mystery behind it all is super fun 😀
