I only play about two hours a day and I have about 10,000 gold saved, so right now buying a house doesn’t seem like a really big deal, especially because I’ll have to pay rent
houses cost a lot and the market is garbage right now, cant afford one and then the taxes on top of that.
Hey quick question… If i for example buy first house tier 4 (with discount) and 2nd house tier 1… can i upgrade that tier 1 to tier 4 later on or am i stuck with tier 1 house forever?

Why so one sided? Who should not buy 3 T4 houses? 50k gold + 5k gold every "pay period" surely isn't worth it for everyone. Even 20% more rawhide won't pay for that.

too be honest not worth. everyone doing corruption and getting a bunch of azoth anyways so fast travel not even a problem. if you want the bonuses from the trophy then youre gonna need multiple houses and thats definitely too much of a cost for anyone at the moment.
I bought a house…. then it suddenly disappeared after fast traveling to it a few days ago. Still no response from Amazon.

Got two houses in game, beyond worthwhile for travel as it usually costs less azoth to reset the cooldown than to fast travel especially with a full inventory :). Looking for a spot for my third house. Got mine in Ebonreach and blightwood (ebonreach is my company owned territory and blightwood is maxed almost on my sever for table upgrades) Good stuff, more people need to buy houses
Can you really put 5 trophies in the cheapest house like you said? I thought the bigger houses allowed more. Or is that just furnishing/chests?
couple comments on ppl not knowing what to sell but i can only assume at this point most worlds right now are on par regarding trading posts. The two things I've found that go for a lotta money are cooking oil and dill.
Look at the House price, looks at the rent, looks at the wallet, thinking maybe when I hit 60, I am now level 23 and just could pay the level 20 extra bag and thinking now I need start saving gold for the level 30 extra bag upgrade. I stay bum for a while it seems.
Still not convinced the cost is worth the gains you mention. Not having a not having a vendor you can sell stuff to at a minimum price makes the economy different on each server. What might sell for 5 gold on server 1 sells for .01 gold on server 2 but the cost of housing is still the same. The people on server 2 are not going to be able afford the cost to maintain said house unless they spend way more time in game.
How do you get trophies? crafting only? can u buy/sell them?

Do the trophies still stack if I have houses in 3 different regions? Or are they region locked?
