I disagree with the balance your character thing, it depends on what build you are, I used nothing but great axe and hatchet and literally only put points into strength and I had absolutely no issue at all and Iโm level 57 atm, with food, health potions and knowing how to dodge attacks itโs pretty easy to live and or just kill anything before it kills you
Gathering and crafting has been enjoyable for me, more so than the actual game. Iโm only 22 but my lowest gathering is 76 in mining โ and steel tools are so so so worth it early on
When most people make videos like this they actually show how to do the things they are talking about.
They dont just parrot information. It would make this video and others you make alot more useful and interesting.
Just a tip for the future…
I'm not sure why they decided to make salvaging fish a thing instead of just making it a refinement at the cooking station like every other resource in the game. It was very nonintuitive imo.
you sure these arent 50+ of "THE BEST!!!" Tips! that! EVERY! New! World! Player! Needs! to! Know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was awesome tysm.. I maybe woulda made it to 60 without even noticing I could upgrade my camp ๐๐
You can use Azoth to reset the cooldown of your house recall. Most of the time is cheaper than teleporting to the town itself AND can be used from anywhere from the map.
Storage space + Gathering speed . Those are only 2 you should take. Thank me later
Side Quests = decent gold
I put all my points into constitution. Wearing light armor + hatchet . Easily solo 5+ mobs at once .
invest in defense? are you playing a different game?
13:45 is the most important tip in the video ๐
it hurts my soul every time i see someone mining with one handed axe. like oof. Also why did it bug me so much you said disCORD at the end lol
Really enjoying the New World content. Subbed
I want tipps not the fastest way to play it ๐ but thanks some tipps are usefull
I disagree with the first tip. I never use my camp as anything more than I respawn point. I do agree with the fish tho. I think fishing is worth as a passive. Keep your fish intact and salvage when needed. If something comes up like gather 5 large salmon, don't turn that in, sell them. The early birds will buy out the early ones and then the chads will buy yours for big profits.
Additional tip: Level up engineering and mining asap if you want to get rich quick. People will pay good to high prices for starmetal tools with the right attributes.
I've been watching your video for several years, now. Never commented before. You've helped me out with at least 5 different games. When I look at your comments section, it's a bunch of people nit-picking your highly detailed and 99.9% accurate video while not even mentioning that gross majority of success, much less the detail and effort put into these. Thanks, dude. Keep on keepin' on.
Thanks for the tips!!!
Youโre talking as though you made this before launch. Lazy.
Wait how do the cave look so light to you? its always dark caves for me?
