Bruh…the Skull is BY FAR the best. Fastest regen time and 2nd fastest kill time. If it's opinion based fair enough but objectively this should be the list:
1. Skull of Nan Sapwe
2. Keeper's Sword
3. Path of Sorrows
4. Gauntlet of Siegfried
5. Ragnarok DG 4s

Nah the death Machine in bo4 is better than the path of sorrows; the grenade ability is great for just using the weapon, but what actually makes it the best is the free nuke it drops at the end, it’s just better.
Putting the skull at 5 is CRIMINAL
Clearly you've never used the Chakrams on Bo4, at tier 3 you can legit just stand still while they're active as long as there's no boss zombies
Edit: they do AoE damage with the player at the center, and it's always an instant kill on zombies
