Blasts were heard in Sevastopol, Crimea, as Russia claimed it repelled an attack by surface drones overnight on April 24. Russia claimed that one surface drone that attacked the Black Sea Fleet was destroyed, and the second exploded itself. Razvozhaev claimed that the drones were shot down during an outer raid, and therefore no facilities in Sevastopol were damaged. The attack came as Ukraine asks Russia to prepare for more explosions. Counter-offensive will be difficult without massive close air support. Blockade is hard too without control of the Black Sea. Success sure would put Russia on a bad footing tho.

The explosions were geolocated to a part of Sevastopol Harbour, also there appeared to be secondary explosions which possibly indicate that something was hit.
Most Russians will leave of their accord. Only the Military and the FSB will remain.
