Everytime I see that mention I read " game extremely short so we upped the difficulty and the game makes you go back to the beginning so that you don't notice the lack of content".

THIS is how you do a multiverse-game that makes complete sense.
I love the concept, futuristic robots and all, but i bought a PS5 for great graphics, if i wanted cartonish sidescrollers id be keepinng this Nintendo. That said i aint had it 3 months so im still trying to catch up building this library of great games, Rift Apart coming in the mail thhis week so no worries (I hope i like the game, its a lil cartoony too but hey PS5 exclusive i paid $37 for so why not)

Typically not into side-scroller/platformers… but this looked pretty nice. Kinda glad to see a slower combat mechanic rather than the clusterfucks you get with many modern metroidvanias.
