Youtube is all automated by bots. There is no such thing as a manual review. It doesn't happen. At the very least, not for non-companies. Companies can strike down whatever they want. If they decide to f you over, you are getting fd over.
And you have to take that, because youtube won't protect you. It doesn't care about you. The content on the site is full saturated, which means that there will always be content to take up the space you leave behind. Even big shots.

yeah youtube manual reivews are a joke, you will routinely see manual reviews that reject appeals for videos longer than the appeal has been out for making it physically impossible for the reviewer to have watched the video. Youtube doesn't care and it's a big problem.
