Regarding the negative influence of sugar: I've never used sugar excessively at any time in my life yet moving into my later years I had symptoms of insulin resistance, some inflammation of my joints, digestive issues, brain fog, excess weight, etc. all connected to metabolic disease which is driven by sugar's toxic effect on our bodies. I had never realized that sugar had such a negative effect on me and my mood/state of mind/etc. I then embarked on a low carb/high fat lifestyle which does not allow sugar or high carbohydrate foods which are also instantly converted to sugar in our bodies/cells. Within a week I felt calmer, more in control, more peaceful and less anxious. I'm so glad I made the decision and I won't be going back to sugar again. Only in retrospect could I see how much damage sugar had done both physically and spiritually in my life. Thank you for the reminder.

A FEW YEARS AGO, I WAS VIBRATING AT SUCH A HIGH VIBRATION CONSISTENTLY, A LOT OF PEOPLE COULD NOT EVEN HANDLE BEING AROUND ME, I'M SURE YOU, AND OTHER PEOPLE HERE CAN RELATE! WHEN YOU MENTIONED THE INTERVENTION, IT REALLY RESONATED WITH ME, THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED ,IT WAS HIGH-LEVEL S*** (SPIRITUAL WARFARE THAT IMY INNOCENT CHILDLIKE PLAYFUL SPIRIT) DIDN'T EVEN SEE COMING! DOING MY BEST, TO, IN EVERY MOMENT RADIATE THE HIGHER VIBRATION, EVEN THOUGH THERE'S A VERY HIGH-LEVEL ATTACK AND INFILTRATION COMING WITHIN THE SHADOW, SOME STUFF THAT FEELS LIKE IS MY OWN CLEANUP, AND OTHER THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN IMPLANTED , AND COMES FROM THE COLLECTIVE, AND THERE IS OVERLAP IT SEEMS!

The other day i repaired the damage caused by me with my sister . It was so real but it wasnt in this timeline, but was good to know thàt it was in a timeline im heading for. The fragment of myself was ledt there last year when my mum died on rhe 5th of May ,so maybe its not a stretch to figure that i am coming back to myself on the lunar eclipse on the 5th of may , her anniversary 💔 Thank you Kerry for this video….i was resisting watching it for some reason , so glad i didnt let it go by me ❤
When I close my eyes I almost always see beautiful scenery, but In my daily life I feel so much for the Animals & people trying to cope as I have done forever. My empathy is too much not sure how to deal with the two worlds. I am new to this channel. I've heard we are not going anywhere when we ascend so how do we cope with the pain all around us. I surround the Earth, Animals, People with Light. Shockingly for me, I had a visit from Mother Earth thanking me for holding her in Light. She was dark haired & very beautiful. I have had only a few visions, but twice I have seen the Earth splitting into two worlds.
Just reintegrated/ let in more of a fragment called betrayal/trickery. And I cry in release.
I also see more clearly how I’ve been in the process of reintegrating alone-ness, saving others & judgement/linearity’s ranking system.
I simply cannot listen to this enough! Every time is to go deeper & deeper into me.
I feel like I’ve been in the process of finishing a conversation that’s been interrupted countless times, & I can hardly wait to experience the result upon getting to the point of the conversation.
The dream from last night illustrated that it is indeed only my memory of those lower frequencies
not any power beyond thatthat’s me holding me back – & not by much apparently.I’m learning to be much more patient with myself, given the enormity of the challenge & given the glimpse into traumatic memories being neutralized (from the standpoint of that dream).
