And why she’s still herself while the nogitsune took over her body?
Rhys didn’t exist when the nogitsune took over his body because he just an empty shell.
She had one the best arcs in season 3 and because of her the characters grew up and Scott became more mature and aware the dangers they’re in cuz they’re not untouchable.
Bringing her back undos everything what her arc meant. She died a hero to save her friends, this will also downplay her one quote “we protect those, who cannot protect themselves” and that’s what she did.
She was the first to kill a freakin Oni! And because of that, it gave them a fighting chance to win. She wasn’t afraid of dying in her last moments with her first lover Scott Mcall.

Things I've noticed/i'm wondering about:
– Allison's wearing the same nail-polish she wore when she died (I know it's a very classic color, but 1: you come back to life, the first thing you're gonna do isn't put nail-polish on, and 2: when she died they did a very clear shot of her hand falling and now a very clear shot at her hand with the knife, so I don't think it's a coincidence that she was wearing the same nail-polish)
– I don't think Derek will die in that scene for two reasons: 1- it's very rare that they put a sneak-peek ending on such a cliff-hanger if they're gonna kill the character/spoil a character's death in a trailer or sneak-peek, and 2- in the trailer, you can see Scott running to someone probably injured in the hallway at school, and where is Derek in that scene? The hallway at school. Then you can see Chris and Melissa rushing to Scott in the hospital, Scott is seen wearing the same outfit as in the hallway and he says "She's alive. Allison, she's back", which entails that either Derek told him about Allison cause Eli couldn't have, he didn't see it was Allison (Derek only saw it was her while he was fighting her and Eli was gone), or Eli went to Scott for help, and Scott fought Allison off. Either way, about the hospital scene, they're probably there for Derek who seems seriously injured, or for Eli who twisted his ankle (or for both).
– As apparently, in the movie, Eli is 15 and Scott is 33, Scott was probably 18 when Derek had Eli; so Derek probably had Eli between seasons 4 and 6 while he was away (he was most likely staying with Cora in South America until he heard the news in Beacon Hills and went to help). Plus he seems to have raised Eli.
– Also, they finally shed some light on the born wolves! Eli is 15 and still hasn't transformed, but according to multiple bts shots he will become a werewolf, so either he's late on his first transformation, or born wolves turn around 15…
