The head of the Pentagon’s program looking into Unexplained Aerial Phenomena warned that his office now has 650 reports. The Pentagon said there is no sign of alien involvement and could be spy drones that are able to surveil and attack American targets. NBC News’ Tom Costello reports.

I remember the one time in the news a drone being chased by choppers and did the similar thing this one does but they stepped it up in body design . Lead should start there .
Since 2016, China has been graduating 11x as many STEM students as the US.
Iran graduates almost as many engineers as the US, even though the US has almost 4x their population.
Russia graduates twice as many engineers as the US, even though the US population is twice that of Russia.
The US/western media don't broadcast these facts … but American's are just now starting to realize that they're getting left behind. That's why the UK and Canada are now pushing for more emphasis/instruction in STEM in the elementary and high school systems. It's a tad late, since any improvements won't be seen for 12+ years.
Go visit your local university and wander through the STEM-related departments … you'll find that 70% of the undergrads and over 80% of the graduate students are international students. Most will come from China, India, SE Asia or the Middle East.

It's likely an advanced recon/spy craft using propulsion tech that they developed covertly. It's no coincidence that both China and Russia are so cavalier in their approach to handling territorial issues and the war.
