Befriend the lizard man for salamanders and korne for skull cannons and it makes sense that the chaos can enslave wild dinosaur like the dark elves
Please make a all demons army with korne and the fire creature's with a castalien as a worshipper of korne and an overseer to make certain that the worship stay in control

At this point it you've got all of Cathay under your rule, what are your thoughts on going to Lustria with one or two armies? It would give you a quick new front, maybe get friendly with the locals, there's skaven there or even lizards after all.

We need some variety
Loved seeing the Bloodcrusher unit being added to that convoy. But not as much as seeing the Ice-Forged Legion in action. I really love ice over fire in terms of elemental attacks.
Gotta admit, nothing beats the sound design of the Cathay Grand Cannons.

Perhaps you could call one of the Sorcerer Prophets "steel, fire, and gunpowder" as a play on the Empire's motto.
