Hitler was expertly played by the Japanese ambassador.
Contrary to what was stated here, Hitler was not obligated by treaty to declare war if Japan was the aggressor. Only if Japan were attacked.
Hitler naivety concerning the potential of the United States was what one expects from someone whose never been here. If he knew how quickly we could mobilize and the inexhaustible resources at our disposal, maybe he would not have been so foolish. Either way it would only have delayed the inevitable. England could not be allowed to fall to any continental power. If we couldn't ensure Britain won, we would eventually have to join them to be sure they didn't lose.

Operation bag-ratty-on? When the rest of the production is of such high quality the pronounciations are sometimes like nails on a blackboard. Bugs me way more than it should because of how good everything else is.

Not being a jerk you produce a quality product. I must ask, why do you refer to the German Army (Wehrmacht) as the Nazis, a distinction without a difference in some ways, but someone who obviously knows there is a difference between being a soldier and a member of the ruling party. Doesn’t really matter to me but I am a war nerd specifically from WWI, the interwar period, WWII through the Cold War. I only ask the question because for people who know it’s easy to understand, but if we are educating those who may not know, it is of significance.
