  1. Absolutely tragic and condolences to this girl's family. Stories like this are why I am so anti gun. You don't just fire a gun every time you are scared. Hope he rots in jail.

  2. That guys lawyer is the biggest idiot, he claims all the cars make him feel threatened? What happened to look before you shoot? What a dumb ass I hope they put that old bastard behind bars for the rest of his life

  3. Capital punishment is the only acceptable outcome for this garbage human. I conceal carry (legally) to protect myself and those around me as a last resort. Any moral, sane gun owner knows this is not how castle doctrine works. This man needs to fry.

  4. "Omg something terrible has happened! Lets pull up here and ask for help!"

You know, pro gun crowd are not doing themselves favors shooting kids in the head for driving up a wring driveway, ringing a doorbell, mistaking a car or crossing a yard.

  5. Why were they trespassing? Literally just asking… Strange, most people do not drive around with multiple vehicles and a motorcycle in trail, late night stopping at random houses. How in the world did these guaranteed tech savvy kids not talk to this mystery friend about the location and looks of the appropriate house before departure? If they were so clueless on the location of the friends house, how in the world did they not download the GPS route before taking the convoy down the road. Couple years ago my Google map’s started to do it automatically in case of lost reception. I come from the sticks, soo losing service not only happens but is very much expected while driving around anywhere near my home county. So did all of those kids just use apple maps or something? All from a big city somewhere outa state?? Absolutely no way they all grew up there without knowing how to deal with shotty cell service.. Thank God all the kids and I that grew up in the same area also had it pounded into our heads as small children trespassing is not taken lightly. At all.
The choice to pull down the gravel road at a random house, rolling deep in multiple vehicles, at night, would have only have been made if someone was already shot! When people got lost, we drove until we found a safe place to figure it out. We did many reckless things coming up, but something like this, not even close… 😮

  6. Killings happen every 5 seconds in democrat cesspools like Chicago and Baltimore. Yet not one peep out of the media about it. They pick and choose which ones fit their narrative. Disgusting!! No wonder people don’t trust the media anymore!!

  7. He literally could’ve stood on his porch, gone at the ready and yelled for them to fucking leave. There was no reason to point, and shoot to take a life when they didn’t even get a chance to talk to him.

  8. Such a nice girl. Gone, over nothing. My condolences to her family, i just dont know what to say, 👋🏼this is outrageous!

And the shooter's lawyer is a PERFECT example of why i despise lawyers😡

If i was a lawyer, i wouldnt defend a guy like that. Youre GUILTY, represent yourself, cause im ashamed to do it for you. These guys have no limits, they'll do just about anything to make money.

He says "well, they didnt leave even after he turned the lights on"
Well DUH, it s dark, they got lost, they probably needed a minute to look at their phones and google map to figure out what to do

  10. This is more or less valid under "Stand Your Ground" laws. There is a long list of 'wrongful shootings' who walked based on 'Stand Your Ground'. It's not a complex law. It essentially gives you the right to shoot anyone on your property. If you disagree, you're free to Google. The only controversy I see here is NY is not a "Stand Your Ground" state. If he was in Florida we wouldn't even be having this conversation. In Texas the accidental cheerleader killer will walk on self-defense. That I can assure you.
