If u make the settlement ports factories you get good bonus to your province wide factories don't remember if it was for the armaments or the money from the refineries

I think you should build an army that's focused on raiding and set it in a red enemy province
Minor ports need to be factories to be good. Stomp on Ghorst & Kugath and you can turn the Dragon Isles into a kickin' rad factory setup.

Since the 3.0 update I've had performance issues as well. A couple crashes, etc.
When you take back the tower seat you will recieve a diplomatic penalty with that faction.
When you take the next minor settlement with a port, could you claim it as a factory? It'd be interesting if ports in a factory gave income instead, lol.
If you get the seats held by the AI faction after you confederate it, you might want to rush that instead of taking back seats from them.
