Anyone interested in these ideas about the future of humanity, I highly recommend the book 'Last and First Men' by Olaf Stapledon, written in 1930 it's a fascinating work. His later book 'Star Maker' is in my opinion even more profound, and I agree with Arthur C Clarke who said of this book; "probably the most powerful work of imagination ever written".
And the question of all questions will we mostly be biological or mechanical in our adaptations to survive becoming a space fairing species 🤔

A pedantic point I know, but many space videos say life on Earth will be destroyed when the sun becomes a red giant. This is untrue. Life will not be viable well before that point due to the suns ever increasing temperature. Climate change aside, we have MAYBE a few 10s of million years left on this planet.
Much less than a thousand, if the woke movement continues to evolve alongside technology people will choose to become whatever they want and genetic technology will allow it. we may see humans with a faces from other creatures or creatures they invent or the AI creates, stuff like that, people with ten arm I dunno imagination is the limit.
